FindTime, a new tool you’ll use… really!

Trying to schedule a meeting across organizations or even other companies is at best a hassle and at worst impossible!
It means dealing with everyone’s busy schedules, juggling calls, IMs, emails and more with an endless back and forth trying to find that one sweet spot where everyone is available!
Instead you can save time with FindTime!
It’s simple! You choose your attendees, suggest a few times for you to meet and let the group vote on the preferred times!

How?

FindTime shows what days and times work the best for you and the attendees when available using free/busy data then it allows attendees to vote and when a consensus is reached FindTime sends out the meeting invite on your behalf!

OK, I’m sold! But how do I find out more?

Simple… http://findtime.microsoft.com is where you can learn more, sign-in and download the version best for you and make some time for yourself.
Any catches? Realize that there’s likely no support from an employer for this so you’re on your own except with the FindTime community at Microsoft: https://findtime.uservoice.com/. The forum is simple to use though and if you prefer to deal with someone you know you can always drop me a note but of course remember that you may need to wait for me to find time to reply (see what I did there… hey I saw your eyes rolling!).
Now what to do with all the new time you’ve found?

Some FAQs:

Do recipients also need to have FindTime installed?
Nope! Only need an email address is needed to be a recipient.
Can I send invites to people who don’t use Office 365?
Yes! You can send a FindTime invite to anyone with an email address, including people outside of the company. Only organizers (you) are required to be on Office 365.
